Last week I spent Robyn's birthday the same way I normally do: eating cookies and drinking chocolate milk before going to eat Gold Star, the same way we used to celebrate my birthday together, as well as other special occasions. I remember the way we used to sit and talk about the future, and the life we were going to build alongside of one another's dreams. Unfortunately, Robyn left this world before she had a chance to fulfill a lot of those dreams, but I am still trying to make her proud every day by carrying on her name proudly.
With that being said, I talked to Robyn's dad last week about offering a scholarship through my photography studio in Robyn's name, and not only did he agree, but he offered to double the total money for the scholarship. So, here Gary and I are, offering 2026-2027 school year graduates a chance to win a $1,000 scholarship in honor of our Robyn.
If you want a chance to win this scholarship, all you have to do is book with Robyn Studios for your senior/graduation pictures, and you will be automatically entered for a chance to win.
Additionally, this scholarship will be open to any person regardless of future plans, so you are not obligated to commit to a school in order to receive the winnings. Trade school, technical college, big university, or gap year, we want to support whatever your dreams and ambitions are, and believe a $1,000 scholarship can help with that.
