“Out of the shallows” 🌱

I passed this crooked tree every day while walking my dogs and kept thinking “ I need to do a shoot here” and this is the result! Shooting on location is one of my favorite things because I love the challenge of playing with the shifting light and shadows & exploring unique locations- is it Summer again yet?!

Finally getting around to sharing some of my favorite images from most recent collection! These images were taken during a live event (as you can see in the last photo) It was both nerve wracking and fun to do this shoot with so many people watching. At the time it seemed strange how something you do every day can be fascinating for people to observe but then I remembered how exciting it was for me to watch my first real photoshoot all those years ago. I am constantly reminding myself not to take what I do for a living for granted. It’s not always fun and easy but it’s what I love more than anything 🖤 and working with clients that inspire me is one of my favorite parts.
