I combine my 10 years as a professional journalist with more than a decade behind the lens to bring your special moments to life. I have loved writing since my childhood pen-pal days when my family moved around the world for my father’s career as an Army officer. And when I picked up my first camera while working as a newspaper reporter, it felt like a natural partnership. After I became a mother,
I launched my photography business knowing how precious and priceless each moment and milestone is -- and now that my children are growing up, I realize how little time we have to capture it all. As we begin a new chapter in Charlotte, North Carolina, I'm excited to introduce a new brand, which combines my two passions into one. While Marigold Storytelling will continue to offer family and senior portrait sessions, as well as for-hire writing and editing services, clients will now be able to select a unique experience that gives them not only memories to treasure, but also some time back.
