This is a change Iāve been thinking about for a while, and one that feels really important to me. š¤
As AI continues to grow, the way photos can be saved, altered, shared, and used online is changing incredibly quickly. And while I absolutely love sharing the beautiful families I get to photograph, Iāve found myself thinking more and more about the children in those images ā and the fact that they donāt yet get to choose what parts of their childhood live publicly online.
Because of that, Eunice Collective will no longer be sharing recognizable images of childrenās faces on my photography social media accounts.
This decision isnāt coming from fear. Itās coming from care.
When you invite me into your familyās life to photograph your babies, your toddlers, your growing kids, and all of the little seasons that seem to pass way too quickly, youāre trusting me with something incredibly special. I donāt take that lightly.
I will still photograph your children exactly as I always have. Your galleries will still be full of their smiles, silly expressions, snuggles, personalities, and all of the moments you hired me to preserve. This simply changes what I personally choose to share publicly through my business.
Youāll still see plenty of storytelling here ā little hands wrapped around Momās finger, tiny toes, curls, silhouettes, hugs, movement, details, and those sweet in-between moments that tell a story without needing to show a childās face.
Photography has always been about preserving memories for me. And as the digital world changes, I want to make sure Iām growing with it in a way that feels thoughtful, responsible, and protective of the families who trust me.
Your childrenās memories are yours first. Iām simply lucky enough to help you preserve them. š«¶š¼āØ
