Had a good weekend at Montgomery Whitewater for their final release of the season. Took a couple breaks in-between kayaking to fire off some new photos.

These were some of my top picks from yesterday (11/3/2024). Y'all know the drill, if you recognize any of the paddlers be sure to tag them.

Took a day trip up to the Nantahala Outdoor Center yesterday for the Guest Appreciation Festival (GAF 2024), decided to do photos instead of paddling.

Had a blast at Bear Creek, minus losing a paddle. Looking forward to next weekend for the Hiawasse and Chickamauga Navigational Lock. Hoping to do the Nantahala River before the end of the year.

Taking some time to enjoy the weekend. Had the Huntsville Comic and Pop Convention in town and found the perfect Pokemon card to represent my job with the Army Corps of Engineers.

It's taken a while but I think I've just about wrapped up with the edits for the next round of prints. These were taken in my original Peace Corps community.

It's been several weeks since I got back from Panama and I'm still slowly making my way through the thousands of photos and videos I collected.

Here were some of the new family portraits from my second home (Dos Aguas). At the moment the plan is to finish editing, print, laminate, and then I'll be trying to get back down to Panama this August to deliver all the images back to the families.

The first order of images (78 prints) for the community of La Cabecera got dropped off on the trip and should be making their way across the country to them. Thank you Francisco Santamaria and Peace Corps Panama for assisting.

Enjoying the cooler weather in the mountains today. Spent the day working with the team at EVACC Panama to collect some 360 photos and videos of Atelopus zeteki and Atelopus various.

Looking forward to processing this footage and building out a couple of 3D AR tours over the next few weeks/months.
