Urgent foster or adopter needed due to resident dog and her no longer getting along:

A heart almost twice the size of a normal heart — that’s what human negligence left Dazzler with by the time I met her. She had sat in the shelter for an entire month, inching closer to heart failure, simply because the most basic care was never given to her.

And yet, despite the danger sitting inside her chest, despite everything that could have ended her life, she is one of the most loving dogs I have ever met. She is a true Velcro dog, the kind who only wants her person. When you walk her, she constantly looks up to make sure you’re still there. If you move from room to room, she is right behind you. Her entire world is people, and all she wants is someone to choose her back.

But still, nobody has stepped forward to give her a chance.

Dazzler was once a mother, but she is now spayed. She is nearing the end of her heartworm treatment. She is dog friendly with calm, submissive dogs, and only with slow, careful introductions after being placed in the wrong situation in the past. She has gas teo issues eith fenale sofs and shoukd only be with male or no dogs . She is crate trained, housebroken, and wonderful on leash. She loves walks. She loves cuddling. Above all, she loves people.

Will you give her the chance she has never truly had? And if you can’t, will you at least share her story so someone else might?
