Nobody ages out of feeling good in their own skin.

Some of the strongest boudoir sessions I've photographed were with women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. They walk in knowing who they are, and the camera catches that confidence every time. Youth was never the requirement — showing up as yourself is.

Some of my boudoir clients want one thing more than anything else: for these photos to never touch the internet.

That's exactly how I run it. Private, password-protected galleries, no public posting without your sign-off, and no exceptions. What happens with your images after the shoot is entirely up to you.

Some of the most confident frames I've ever taken came from women who almost canceled on me. One told me before we started that she wasn't "the type" for boudoir. An hour later she was flipping through the back of my camera, picking favorites, wondering why she'd waited so long. Here's what I tell everyone who asks: boudoir has nothing to do with a dress size. It's about how you carry yourself once the lights come up — and the posing and lighting are on me. Every woman who's sat for me has left standing a little taller.

A good boudoir photographer isn't the one with the fanciest camera — it's the one who can make you forget the camera's even in the room.

Behind the lens, my first job every session is simple: get you comfortable enough to breathe, laugh, and stop performing. That's when the real frames show up — the ones where you actually look like you. Anu walked in a little nervous and left standing taller than when she came in.

Studio, or out in the real world? It's the first thing almost every client asks me before a boudoir session.

Here's the honest difference: the studio is a closed, warm space I control completely — light, mood, total privacy, nobody but the two of us. On-location brings its own texture: soft window light, a room that already feels like you. I've shot plenty of both, and the "right" call really comes down to where you feel most like yourself.
