For me, capturing a wedding day involves much more than the big moments. It’s noticing how the light caught the window during your first dance, the looks your parents gave each other during your vows, the exact shade of blue the sky was while you danced away the night. It’s all the little details that make up the big story.

So much time and thought is taken to pick out the perfect venue - which is why taking bridal portraits beforehand is one of my favorite things. Not only is it a way explore the venue in a much more relaxed setting, but it’s a chance to soak everything in before the hustle of the day. Whether it’s somewhere you went on your first date, a favorite place to go to together or in this case - a family cabin tucked in a forest full of daisies. 🌼
