Having to go into the hospital unexpectedly and so early is never part of the plan. Things happen, and sometimes baby decides the timeline for you. 🤍

I got a (slightly stressed) text one night: “Can you come do maternity pictures tomorrow at the hospital? We thought we had more time to get them done.”

I said, “I’ll be there.”

And oh my gosh… I am so obsessed with how these turned out. 🥹

The nervous and excited energy. The hospital room already set up and waiting for baby girl. The anticipation of knowing that everything was about to change.

These aren’t the maternity pictures they planned for, but I think that’s what makes them so incredibly special.

A little unexpected. A little imperfect. And completely full of love.

The sweetest little glimpse into the hours before she arrived. 🤍

Every child has a story worth celebrating.

In honor of Disability Pride Month, I’m opening up 4 complimentary photography sessions for families of children with disabilities on August 9th from 6–8 PM in Gastonia.

These sessions are not about perfect poses or picture-perfect moments. They’re about capturing your child exactly as they are… their personality, their joy, their favorite things, and the beautiful moments that make your family unique.

This is not a first-come, first-served giveaway. I want to thoughtfully choose families who would feel celebrated and loved through this experience.
