This was taken last month when Michigan was blanketed by Canadian wildfire smoke. We were vacationing up north at the time, and the smoke stuck around until our last day there.

We stayed at the Lakeview Hotel earlier this month. We had a King Studio with an adjoining two-bed guest room. It was perfect for our family. This video is a quick tour of the two rooms starting with the guest room.

It’s incredible how much can change in six months. From snow/incomplete, to sun and complete/sold. Here’s to another six months…but I’m not excited about the weather then.

We stayed at the Lakeview Hotel at Shanty Creek Resorts this past weekend and had an amazing time. I’m still compiling all the aerial footage, but this shot is one of my favorites from the Lakeview Hotel. Such a beautiful place for a Northern Michigan getaway.
