A post in a negative light isn’t particularly what anyone wants to do! It’s not easy to admit you made a mistake! Thats exactly why you dont see it happen often!

It absolutely does not make us happy either! But…when you mess up, especially big time, you admit it, you apologize, and you attempt to right the wrong!

One week ago today, we ruined the day for a couple just trying to have a special day out, and we adjusted the trajectory for a couple of ladies enjoying girls day out.

We can’t walk back our poor judgement, nor our unprofessional approach…but we can apologize. We are truly sorry! Please, come see us again! And, when you do know you will never have that type of experience again!
