I’m trying to hold myself accountable + join a water challenge to make sure I’m drinking enough water and increase my hydration throughout the day.

My life has been shifting in a major way lately. And although I’m grateful for it all, I was reminded that change can still be overwhelming even when it’s what I’ve prayed for.

Especially when the shift stretches you in a way that makes you discover a new level of strength and faith. 😅 whew!
