It can be so uncomfortable, especially if you aren't happy with some of your features or think you don't photograph well. My clients usually relax and feel more comfortable once they see their first image on my screen. I give prepping tips prior to the session, a makeup artist referral, if needed, posing guidance and the ability to see their images during the session. I play music in the backgroun

Retouching is not the way to reinvent your appearance. It’s a tool to enhance what’s already working—not to turn you into someone your own mama wouldn’t recognize.

A good headshot should look like the best version of you. Not the AI-filtered, overly airbrushed cousin of you. Because when you walk into that interview, pitch, or networking event… people should recognize you from your image.

My job? Light blemish removal. Subtle skin smoothing. A little magic—without the Photoshop overhaul. Authenticity sells, and real always wins.

Guess what? Today is my 37th Deltaversary and I am so grateful to be a part of this amazing sorority. I thought it would be a great day to share this headshot I captured of my beautiful line sister, Joi! She is the Executive Director of and she hired me to do headshots for her and her staff at their headquarters. Honestly, she is incapable of taking a bad photo but I think I did a pretty good job of capturing her inner and outer beauty! Her headshots are absolutely stunning!
