Sometimes baby has other plans for their newborn session! 😂💜

While we love those sweet, sleepy newborn poses, sometimes our little models are wide awake, curious, and ready to take in the world! And you know what? That's perfectly okay! 🥹

One thing I've learned over the years is that you can't rush babies. You just have to go with the flow, follow their lead, and capture the beautiful moments as they happen.

And sometimes, those unplanned moments turn into some of my favorite photos. ✨

There’s just something about those first few weeks with a newborn. 🥹🤍

The tiny fingers, the little toes, the way they curl up so perfectly, and the way their whole little hand fits around one of yours.

One of my favorite things about photographing newborns is capturing all those little details that change before you even realize it.

And seeing those tiny hands holding onto Mom and Dad? That gets me every time. 🥹
