February has been crazy busy so far. From working in a highly damanding industry, raising a toddler, planning Ryder’s 2nd birthday party, spending time at the drawing board to brainstorm ideas for the re-opening of my photography business, daily errands, chores, & all the other things that life can bring, like sudden losses, stress, + anxiety… Life may be hectic, but one thing’s for certain - BUSY PEOPLE GET THINGS DONE! ✅💪🏼🤑

With that being said, I’m finally able to share this awesome event that I had the pleasure of attending + photographing a couple of weeks ago. Riley Couture held her very first Vision Board Workshop in New Market, MD. It was SUCH a SUCCESS! This was Riley’s first personal event, not something planned and/or held by a local radio station like HOT 99.5. Not something that a producer wrote for her or provided all the ideas to her. It was purely HER hard work, passion, talent + dedication that brought all of this together. 💯🤓

THIS. WAS. ALL. Her… AND WOW!!! The story behind this beautiful woman’s life is truly moving. She manifested all of what she needed + wanted into the Universe + demanded that the Universe provide all that she’d work hard for, hoped for + prayed for… SHE REFUSED TO STOP! The reveal of her Vision Board had tears in the eyes of everyone in the room. It was so beautiful to watch all these women start their very own vision boards, with the inspiration + assistance from Riley. 💕

THANK YOU, Riley, for opening up your heart to myself + this amazing group of women. Sharing your story with us helped us understand you so much more, not only as a Radio Host or Public Figure - but a Mother, a Wife, a Survivor, a Friend and one BADASS WOMAN!! I think I speak for everyone there that day, when I say we all left there feeling lighter + inspired. Feeling motivated to chase the life that we all want for ourselves. We are all honored to be a part of the “WE GOT THIS” family! 🙌🏽😎💜

Hurray for paying it forward this Christmas! I have adopted all of the Seniors at the Sunrise of Springfield Assisted Living home. I have decided to do these cute gifts that include warm, cozy socks, lip balm, & candy. It's perfect and fitting for Winter time. The socks are nice and comfy that will keep their feet warm, and the lip balms will keep their lips moisturized so they don't get chapped. The sunset in the Blue Ridge Mountains was a perfect place to capture my beautiful sister-in-law who is expecting her second baby boy in March 2016! I am SO happy for her and my brother, Matt. Doesn't she make a GORGEOUS Momma?! Love you, Sissy!

This blonde hair blue eyed beauty turned THREE! I have had the honor of photographing her every year since she was born, and this year she made me W O R K , ya'll! Savannah, it's been a joy to watch you grow. Looking forward to many more years of fun shoots with you, sweet girl! =)
