Very blessed to have met this team and to experience all of the hard work they put in for this event. Their hospitality was kind and I can’t wait to see why they do next year!

🏆🤠 From 9th to 4th in the State — A Team Effort 🤠🏆

Saturday night was a special moment for the Mexia Rodeo as we were honored with the award for being the **4th highest-paying rodeo in Texas**. Just one year ago, we were ranked 9th in the state, and thanks to a tremendous increase in contestants choosing Mexia, we have climbed to 4th place.

While we are incredibly proud of this recognition, what makes it even more meaningful is knowing the countless hours of hard work, dedication, and determination that went into making it possible.

This year, our committee took on one of the biggest projects in recent rodeo history—constructing a new arena and announcer stand in time for the 96th Annual Mexia Rodeo. There were long days, late nights, heavy equipment, endless phone calls, problem-solving, and a whole lot of faith that we could pull it off. Thanks to this incredible group of volunteers, we did.

These individuals volunteered their time, talents, equipment, resources, and labor because they believe in the tradition of the Mexia Rodeo and the impact it has on our community. This award belongs to every committee member, volunteer, sponsor, donor, and supporter who helped make this year's rodeo possible.

Thank you to our contestants for continuing to choose Mexia. Thank you to our fans for filling the stands. And thank you to this amazing committee for proving what can happen when a community comes together with a shared vision.

Here's to preserving a tradition, building for the future, and continuing to make the Mexia Rodeo one of the best in Texas.

Images have been organized into events. Age groups should be separated in events by blank pictures.
