ONE whole year of sweet Sophia!

It feels like just yesterday I had this beautiful baby girl in front of my camera capturing her baby photos, and now here we are celebrating her **FIRST birthday!** 🥹

Watching Sophia grow over this past year has been so special. From that tiny little baby I photographed then to the beautiful, happy one-year-old she is today—she has changed SO much! Time truly does fly.

And when it came time to share her birthday session… there was absolutely NO WAY I could pick just one photo from this album. So you're getting several because she's just too precious not to share!

One of the greatest privileges of being a photographer is getting to watch little ones grow up right in front of my lens. I’ve had the continued privilege of photographing these sweet twins through the years, and now I get to share a little preview from their 5th birthday shoot! 🎉

Twice the personalities, twice the smiles, twice the fun—and definitely twice the memories worth capturing! 💕 Every year they grow and change just a little more, and I’m so grateful their family continues to trust me with freezing these moments in time.

There’s something special about creating in different environments.

This session with Abby started with a little fun exploring the streets of downtown Lynchburg before we wrapped up the day inside Main Street Studio in Amherst. Different locations. Different lighting. Different moods. But one thing stayed the same…

No matter the setting, it’s never just about the backdrop—it’s about the story, the connection, and capturing the personality in front of my lens.
