Eloping means getting a little dirty and maybe even feeling the spray of a waterfall while also being in the fanciest outfits you’ve ever worn.

But doesn’t it sound like a dream to hold your best friend‘s hand as you climb ancient rocks to feel the spray of a waterfall?!

Who wouldn’t want to read a private letter to each other that only the two of you and the Earth could hear??

“Loving what I know of you and trusting what I do not yet know”

LeeWayne and Jennifer both promised these words to each other before their day full of adventure!
Sun Point tried to rip the veil away from us but that only made for better shots!

The smoke tried to hide the mountains from us but that only made for a stunning sunset.

The frozen cake tried to prevent their forks but that only caused laughter.

And the freezing water of Lake McDonald tried to stop their leap but it only made them hold each other tighter.
Cheers to a beautiful day in Glacier and to “trusting what we do not yet know”

I honestly want photos to be an afterthought for you as you plan your elopement in Glaicer National Park. I know that sounds kind of dumb coming from a Photographer but I want your day to be about exploring, connecting, and having fun! Don’t worry you’ll get stunning photography and videography of you two actually engaging with each other!

I help my couples create their timeline, build out our location stops, and then we get to take it to the next level and add in real activities!

Here are some activities I love to suggest:
-private first dance in the mountains
-cake cutting
-toast your favorite beverage
-share a meal: pizza, burgers, or even a picnic!
-write letters back home to your loved ones
-read letters from loved ones you brought with!

“They look like they came straight out of a fairytale” -Katie

Katie and Elliot got married in Glacier National Park on Ryann Beach surrounded by their closest family. They incorporated so many cool things to make this day as unique to them as possible!

Let’s start with their his and hers Dr. Marten shoes purchased specifically for wedding day! Boy did those come in handy when we were climbing boulders at sunset!

They also incorporated a root b**r tasting/family toast because they regularly review root b**rs on TikTok. While there were mixed reviews about the vanilla content, one guest did give the root b**r a 10/10!

We saw animals, ran in flower fields, and most importantly slowed down to enjoy each and every moment.

Glacier is magic every time I step into it but she really showed up for Katie and Elliot ❤️

July, August, and September are the only FULL months when the park is fully open.

In the springtime like in May and June, they open up access for hikers and bikers to enter further into the park then cars can go while they are in the process of removing snow.

I recorded this on June 15 and Going to the Sun Road is not fully open yet and it’s 80° outside 😆

Please share this with your guests! I want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible, and part of that is setting as many expectations as I can before you arrive. There will be many unexpected moments on an Elopement day and my job is to prepare us to enjoy those!
