When you are criticized, called out, reminded or given advise do you get defensive and your automatic defense mechanism is to clap back?

Do you flip the situation on the other person to save face from appearing wrong?

What if you were in the wrong? What if your words or behavior were not right or fair?

Practice honest reflection and stop justifying behaviors that will lead you to become a narcissistic self-absorbed individual. Positive self love creates healthy boundaries while entitlement is self destructive.
