A big part of being an artist today is showing your face. I'm hesitant to show mine, because my appearance is "political." I'm biracial, fat, and inhabit the body of a woman.
Thus spawned, cute gator girl.
Most of my earthly experience has been spent feeling like an outcast. Recently I've been inundated with weight loss medication advertisements. I could continue to wax poetic about this for hours. Art is therapy, and if you have anything negative to say... I've already heard it.

I set out to make a set of art cards that complement each other. I ended up taking a journey through elements of american traditional tattoos. It's a happy accident that they have a tarot card vibe. Maybe I'll make a deck someday? There are five designs in total, four of which I have chosen to share with you. These are available in my Etsy Shop as blind bags. If you're curious about the fifth design, you can test your luck to discover it. If you've a keen eye, you've been catching glimpses of it.

Human made art reigns supreme, never forget that! It doesn't matter how bad it is! It's something we've been doing from the start. Don't squander your ability to cave paint! Be creative, kind, and resilient!

New American Traditional inspired blind bag art cards are available in my Etsy Shop!

I only do it for the love of the game.
Part of art is the struggle of creating it.
Prints are slowly being added to my shop.

Dark Fantasy Vultures.
An artist recently was talking about the line between being inspired and outright copying. They said your inspiration should be diluted by your style. You should create a piece that is unique and different in its own right. In a time where art is being stolen for AI consumption, you should have no reason to hold yourself back. Make something without fear that it is bad or wrong. There was never a incorrect to make art.*

*Plagiarism is an incorrect way to make art

The lie detector test determined, that was a lie 😌

I also still haven't posted prints to my selling platforms 🙃
Can you tell I'm insecure about selling stuff other than stickers? Well, something is actually coming. I'm working on it in this video actually. Some of the art is so good; I wish I had picked a different format to sell them in. Oh well! Keep your 👁 👁 peeled.

I was absolutely awestruck by this church. Which edit is your favorite?

It is suggested to me that I upload one reel and one post per week to gain traction. So here is your weekly reel. I'm going to vent from this point onwards.

I love that people on the other side of the AI argument automatically assume I am doing NOTHING else to support the environment. That my stance on GenAI is just me bullying people for attention. The funny part is, those things are untrue. What's even more unfortunate is that people would rather leave a nasty assumption about my character than turn their attention to the real problem. "But Miranda, you're whining about AI on the internet, too!" Yes, and I'm completely aware this is a systemic problem beyond the scope of my control. So, I scream into the void.
Also, also it's absolutely INSANE that the stupid "flyer" I spent 15 minutes on is the thing to get me over 1 million views!!! This reel probably won't even get over 30 likes... Everyone wants to preach supporting small artists, but no one is supporting us! You only get attention if you post something contentious! And boy howdy, I sure struck gold with Anti AI contention...
No one is free until we are all free of patriarchal oppression, all our problems stem from that.
