My first baby just turned 8! 🥹🎉

Snapped these photos right before taking off to his birthday party at Urban Air with all his friends 🎈 I had planned on doing a balloon garland, but didn’t have the time hahah. Mama is all over the place sometimes 😅 But I absolutely loved the way these came out because it truly shows how my Lucca is 🤍

He is so into imaginative play, give him all the action figures or a pack of modeling clay to make his own 🧸✨ He is playful, a giant empath, and full of wonder 🌟 I am so grateful to be your mommy!

No big setup, no perfect plan, just him being him 🤍 These are the moments worth capturing 📸

I went to Walmart the other day and saw the cutest dresses for girls of all ages. Sequins, tulle, ruffles, appliqués… sooo cute. I immediately pictured a toddler girl wearing one for this Valentine’s setup.

Instead of waiting for the perfect vision, I decided to try the setup with my own kids. And I’m sooo glad I did! The boys had the best time with the heart-shaped glasses and confetti, but more than anything, they loved being themselves.

It reminded me how often we wait for the perfect outfits or the perfect vision, when what’s already perfect is right in front of us. The smiles, the belly laughs, the connection. These are the photos I want to print and share with loved ones.
