I tend to only post my work images here but if you’ve been missing my posts and wondering why I haven’t posted anything on my wall since July. Here’s why…
Around 4.5 months ago, my mom, Chandry, suddenly passed away from brain aneurysm. I was in Bali photographing a bridal shoot at the time when I got the call from my dad that she went unconscious and later became brain dead. It was very unexpected, as she was the a very healthy and energetic lady. I bought the earliest plane ticket back to Indiana (where she lived) and am grateful that I had the chance to hug her one last time before they pulled the plug an hour later (may she be granted the highest of heavens).
She was my best friend and the best mom I could ever ask for. She was a huge inspiration for me. I am still grieving and missing her every day, but am doing much better.
Now that I am healing better, I hope to post more often. Thank you for reading this post.
