I started racing with my father in 1994 when we lived in Mexico. Carried that hobby home with us and continued racing at New Hampshire Motor Speedway with the NHKA (was then NHIS with the WKA) through the early 2000s. Got out of it for a bit but when we had Aidan I knew I wanted him to have some of the experiences I had. He started racing at age 5 and my father was still working with the race club as an official. It's pretty wild 25 years later to watch my son on a track weekend cheering on his Poppop as he goes down the front straight (first time dad's driven in 2 years). And then getting Aidan geared up to go out himself with me in the session right after. 😁😊
