The designs are inspired by my intersection with nature and emotional vibrations.

Flower energy is a powerful life force, pure, open and giving. The presentation reflects the life force discovered in these flowers and the places they inhabit. The color transitions and juxtapositions create a sense of vibration and floating. The stripes are created from alternating sections of 2 or 3 photographs. This creates grounding and spacial orientation. The vertical orientation reinforces

the flower’s growth experience from earth to sky. This contrast of elements is an important part in creating the experience of feeling an energetic vibration because of what your eyes are viewing. The essence of each piece comes from the vitality and colors discovered in the gardens I visit. My desire is to create artwork that generates an experience of the essence and energy found in and around flowers rather than focusing on the representation of a flower as an idea or object.
