August 2nd was filled with love, laughter, and a whole lot of greenery as we spent the day with **Jacob & Sarah** for their engagement session at **Belle Isle**. ❤️

Some things are more than just things. ❤️
For Paige, this car is more than just a car. It was her very first car, and for the past 10 years, it has been there through so many chapters of her life—countless memories, adventures, changes, and moments that helped shape who she is today.

So, when we created this session, it felt only right to include a piece of her story that has been with her for a decade. The scratches, the imperfections, and every little detail aren't flaws—they're part of the journey. Just like the memories we make along the way, they tell a story.

✨ 2 Years Sober ✨
Two years ago, This individual made the decision to choose herself. To walk away from the things that were slowly taking pieces of her and step toward a life she wasn't sure I knew how to live.
Today, she can proudly say 2 years sober. 🖤
The road hasn't always been easy, but every step has been worth it. She learned that sobriety isn't about what I'm giving up—it's about everything I've gained. My life. My peace. My clarity. My relationships. My future.
This photo represents so much of her. Leaving behind the old path and choosing a new one. Choosing to keep walking forward, even when she can't see exactly where the path leads.
Here's to 2 years of freedom, growth, healing, and becoming the person she was always meant to be. 🥂
The bottle is behind her. The journey is ahead of her. And she’s still walking.
