What a privilege it is to show woman and young girls just how beautiful they are. 🤍

One of my favorite parts of what I do is hearing things like, “Oh my gosh, there’s no way that’s me!” or “Wait… are those seriously my pictures?” and my personal favorite, “Hold on… how did you make me look that good?!”

And I always smile because the truth is… I didn’t make you look good.

I just held the camera and snapped the picture.

The beauty in those photos? The smile, the eyes, the way you laugh, the little things that make you you… none of that came from me.

It was there before you ever stepped in front of my camera…

And I guess that’s why it’s my favorite part of the job because I get to show you what I see.

Maybe sometimes we just need to see ourselves from a different perspective to finally realize what was there all along.

And if I get to be the person who helps you see it? What a privilege that is.🤍✨🫶🏻🦋

This year’s Londyn in Bloom minis were such a beautiful reminder of how lucky we are to live this life. The love was overflowing and so was my gratitude to have the opportunity to document it. Thank you to everyone that inquired about a mini slot, hopefully next year I’ll be able to offer more days and slots:)

I know I’ve been quieter lately….

There are unanswered messages, galleries that have taken longer than they should, and follow-ups that I’m behind on. Truth is… life has just been really heavy.

Over the last several weeks, we’ve had to say goodbye to loved ones, mourn some incredibly difficult losses, and navigate a lot of things behind the scenes that have left me feeling a little lost in the middle of it all. Somewhere along the way, I lost my balance.

And if I’m being completely honest, I’ve been frustrated with myself for it. I care deeply about this business, about the people who trust me to document their lives, and about delivering the experience you deserve. Falling behind on editing, messages, galleries, and all of the little things that keep a business moving has been weighing heavily on me.
But these last few weeks have also put a lot into perspective.

Life is short. Much shorter than we like to believe. And sometimes, we’re reminded in the hardest ways that our people deserve our time, our presence, and our attention.

So while I am genuinely sorry for the delays, I also know that taking the time to step away, be with my family, be there for loved ones, and grieve was something I needed. There are seasons when work has to take a backseat to life… and this has been one of those seasons.

I’m slowly finding my footing again, I’m remembering to breath, and I’m making it a priority to get caught up, get organized, and get back to giving this business the time and attention it needs and you all deserve. If you’re waiting on me, please know I see you, I haven’t forgotten you, and I am working my way back to you. 🤍

Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your grace. And thank you for continuing to support this little business of mine even through the seasons when I haven’t been able to show up quite the way I normally do.

God is good all the time, and all the time, God is good. 🤍
