For nearly 30 years I, Carl Morrison, have attended Hot August Nights 5,000+ classic car show the first week in August in Reno and Sparks, Nevada. Originally I drove our 1956 Chevy the 1,000+ miles round trip and registered it and drove it in all the cruises. Nowadays, I drive our Tesla battery electric (BEV) to HAN. This report includes my 200 best photos of the trip up Hwy. 395 and the cruises and show-and-shines at the show. For EV fans, I've included charging statistics on driving our Tesla the 1,024 miles.
