It’s time to officially introduce the team behind Ino Imagery! 😁
What started as one person with a camera has grown into a team of three, and we’re incredibly excited about what we’re building together.
Meet Andrew, Grayson, and Grace. 👋
Andrew Ino | Founder
Originally from Bald K**b, Andrew attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, where he earned his degree in Computer & Information Technology. Even though his career path started in tech, his interest in cameras, video editing, and creative media goes all the way back to high school.
One of his favorite things about real estate media is that no two days are the same. There are always new people to meet, new places to see, and something new to experience.
His favorite properties to photograph are homes on the lake or river. Owning a lake house is a goal of his someday, so getting to experience those properties firsthand is always something special.
Outside of work, Andrew loves to fish. He spent much of high school and college bass fishing and has recently started doing a lot of fly fishing.
His Japanese heritage is also part of the story behind the Ino Imagery name. Ino (伊野) is Andrew’s family name, and using it for the company was a way to build something personal—something that represents his family, the work he’s proud to put his name on, and the reputation he hopes to continue building for years to come.
Seeing how far Ino Imagery has come in such a short period of time has been incredible, but he’s even more excited about what’s ahead. For him, the relationships and connections built along the way mean everything.
Grayson Newton | Media Specialist
Originally from Cabot, Grayson moved to Conway to obtain his Business Marketing degree at the University of Central Arkansas before eventually making his way back home, where he now lives with his fiancé.
His interest in photo and video started from seeing edited content of cars and homes and realizing how much creativity could completely transform a piece of media. That interest quickly turned into a passion for creating it himself.
Grayson especially enjoys photographing properties with acreage and unique outdoor features, where he can highlight not only the home itself, but the lifestyle that comes with it.
Outside of Ino Imagery, he’s an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, and spending time outside whenever he gets the chance.
And a random fact you probably wouldn’t guess—he’s ambidextrous.
What excites Grayson most about being part of Ino Imagery is the constant push to innovate and find new ways to help our clients and their listings stand out.
Grace Harris | Media Specialist
Originally from the Mississippi Delta, Grace has called Bryant home for nearly 10 years.
Her love for photography started when she received her first DSLR as a high school graduation gift, and she’s been learning and creating ever since.
She loves real estate photography because of the people she gets to meet and the new parts of Arkansas she gets to experience along the way. Her favorite properties to photograph are well-cared-for older homes with plenty of character.
Outside of work, Grace loves trying local restaurants and coffee shops, hiking on a pretty day, and settling in with a good book. Her favorite novel is And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie.
For Grace, joining Ino Imagery is also the beginning of an exciting new chapter—getting to do something she loves, continuing to learn new skills, and using her talents to help our company grow.
We’re extremely proud of the team we’re building.
