Hey y’all ✨
Surprise!
Its been a while but I am ready to slowly open up my books again!
When I set my camera down, roughly 4 years ago my husband and I were gearing up for our emotional journey to become parents via IVF.
But with a lot of prayers and an amazing medical team, God allowed us to be parents! I am now a mama to two sweet little babies (in this photo I am pregnant with our sweet boy). 2 under 2 has been an adjustment and they keep me constantly running but I couldn’t imagine life any other way.
Just days before we had our sweet baby girl, we lost a special part of our family - my sweet nana. It was then that I realized just how important a photograph is. It’s like the illustrated book that goes with the stories and memories you tell of someone. I cherish the photos of my nana even more as I will one day tell the stories of her to my babies.
If my infertility journey taught me anything, it is that every milestone and even the mundane parts of life need to be documented. They are so special. And I want to create those special images to match the special moments.
I recently upgraded my camera equipment and I am beyond excited to get back behind the camera more. For the past few years I have been doing a few sessions but mostly been second shooting weddings.
Since being in a new season of life, I want to rebrand Brooke Presnell Photography. If you love bright, natural light, but still warm and glowy edits that are heartfelt and just feel like home stick around!
