One of my favorite things about being a small business owner? The community we get to build. It’s truly magical! ✨

I recently had the honor of bartering with Laura El for her “Full Life Blueprint” session — and wow!!!!

We spent an hour diving into the 5F’s: Faith, Family, Finances, Fitness, and Fun. She helped me see exactly where my energy was going, where I felt stuck, and what alignment actually looks like for me right now. There was intuitive guidance, a few laughs, tears, and yes — some ancestors even popped in to say hello. I even learned who my guardian angel was! (I had a good guess, but after our session, he made it known)🤣

I walked away with closure I didn’t know I needed, better ways to connect to spirit, and a deeper trust in my own intuition. As a creative and a business owner, that kind of clarity is priceless.

As photographers, we hold space for people. It felt powerful to have that space held for me.

To my fellow business owners: don’t underestimate the power of bartering. It builds relationships, not just revenue. Bartering = abundance. Exchanging gifts > exchanging dollars sometimes.

I am delighted to share that Shutter Up has accepted one of my submissions(not me internally freaking out with excitement 🤩🥰). With this acceptance, I am now able to submit up to TEN photos. 🎓🎓🎓

There’s something special about being asked to do close friends and/or family sessions. I cherish every time I get to capture these special moments!

My little sister El will be graduating high school June of ‘24. Man does time fly! El has turned into such a strong minded, confident young women. Watching g her grow through the years has been a true blessing! I love you lil sis, Goodluck on your senior year!

Remember to stop, and soak it all up more often. This year will fly by even faster than you think!
