Recently, I had the opportunity to sit down with and interview Paul Deo , a legendary artist whose work celebrates culture, identity, and community.

We talked Black art, Harlem, Dion Clarke, his upbringing, and what the future holds for him as an artist. We also visited his iconic mural, Planet Harlem, where Deo personally walked us through the inspiration behind the piece and what it represents for the Harlem community.

It was an incredible experience and the first interview in a brand-new artist series debuting in 2027. This is just the beginning of more stories, perspectives, and art worth celebrating.

Couldn’t have asked for a better start to 30. This year has been nothing short of amazing. It’s hard to explain everything in a caption but just know that God is working.

Attending CultureCon ® last weekend with Harlem Fine Arts Show was an incredible experience. From the new connections made to kicking it the home team, it was a a movie from start to finish.

I don’t know what’s next but all I can say is stay tuned because 2027 is going to be even bigger!

The past two weeks, I’ve served with Block2Block across New York, and every time I step behind the camera, I’m reminded that this is bigger than being the videographer.

It’s about the IMPACT.

This past weekend in Schenectady, we had the opportunity to serve around 1,000 people — providing bookbags for kids, free food, resources, prayer, and most importantly, simply showing up for people who needed to know they weren’t forgotten.

And through it all, we’re allowing God to order our steps.

Block2Block continues to surpass every expectation I had in my mind. What started as something I was coming alongside to document has become something I’m blessed to be a part of.

I’m grateful for this ministry. Grateful for the people and Sha Quilla . Grateful for the opportunity to serve. And grateful to God for continuing to open doors and lead the way.
And this is only the beginning.

THE DOCUMENTARY IS ON THE WAY.

Our Harlem Fine Arts Show Summer Festival was a celebration of Black creativity, excellence, and legacy. Surrounded by incredible artists, collectors, and supporters, we were reminded that Black art deserves to be seen, valued, and celebrated in every space, especially those where our presence and contributions were historically limited.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this first annual Summer Festival such a memorable success. Together, we’re creating new opportunities, preserving our stories, and ensuring that Black art continues to inspire future generations.

We still can’t get over the Harlem Fine Arts Show summer festival in the Hamptons. The weekend was nothing short of black excellence.

I can’t help but to smile now because I can say God really brought me out. There are some moments in life that you’ll never forget, and this weekend was one of them.

To have the chance to continue my work with the Harlem Fine Arts Show in the Hamptons was nothing short of special. There was so much work that got put into this weekend.

It hasn’t been easy to smile recently after losing Dion Clarke, but this is what he would’ve wanted. This was his vision. I’m glad we brought it to life.

From Harlem to the Hamptons. Official recap videos and photos are on the way.

This past weekend we traveled to Washington, D.C., and served close to 300 people at McPherson Square through another amazing Block2Block outreach. Every time I have the opportunity to film and document these events, I’m blown away by the number of lives we’re able to impact.

It was great reconnecting with some old friends, making new ones, and seeing firsthand what happens when a community comes together to serve others with love and purpose.

I’m incredibly grateful to be trusted with telling these stories and capturing moments that matter.

Thank you God for another opportunity to walk in purpose, and thank you Sha Quilla for continuing to trust me.
