For the past few years, I’ve struggled to figure out how to use this Instagram account. It went from a photography account to a media account, then back to a photography account. Now I want to use this as a personal brand account because… why not?

So with that, let me introduce myself.

I’m David. I’m 28 years old, originally from Maryland, and currently residing in Brooklyn, NY. I have a day job working for a tech company and spending a few months in Silicon Valley, California.

I’ve been a photographer since I was 21. I love doing portraits, film photography, and concert photography. I’ve shot bands like and . Before I was a photographer, I was in the music scene. I learned how to play guitar when I was 12 years old, played a few bands, and even won best guitarist in my home county’s battle of the bands. I still play and write music. I might even start a new music project this year.

When I’m not at my day job, I’m a freelancer that offers photography and video services. I offer social media marketing services as well. I love helping brands grow their social media accounts and reach their customers.

So that’s me. If you’ve been here for a while, welcome back. If you’re new, I’m glad you’re here.
