Not every shoot is a listing. Sometimes it’s a rental, and the goal shifts a little. Instead of “sell the house,” it’s “sell the stay.” Harbor views from the deck, boats bobbing in the background, a kitchen with just enough personality to make you smile (we see you, flower gun guy 🌼🔫) . This is what turns a rental listing into something people actually want to book.
