FROM THE GROUND TO THE SKY — INDUSTRIAL EDITION

This was definitely not your typical G2S Media project!

G2S Media recently had the opportunity to capture operations at the Port of Louisville, showcasing the incredible scale of industrial activity along the Ohio River.

From barges and heavy equipment to material handling, rail infrastructure and massive aerial views of the facility, this project gave us an entirely different perspective on what it takes to keep products and materials moving through our region.

🚢 We even had the opportunity to capture the M/V Madisen Ann, a Five M Transportation towboat, working the Ohio River during the project — one of those moments where being in the right place at the right time made for some incredible footage.

A huge thank you to Brett Dietrich for trusting G2S Media with this project and giving us the opportunity to step into the world of industrial media.

We also recognize the work happening throughout the Louisville Riverport Authority - Foreign-Trade Zone #29 and the many businesses and industries that make the Riverport area such an important part of our region.

20 Second Hyper-Lapse

Couldn’t sleep last night… 😬

So what do you do when it’s 1:00 AM, a thunderstorm is rolling in, and the sky keeps lighting up? ⛈️⚡️🤔

Normal people probably roll over and try to go back to sleep.

Me?

“Well… might as well throw the drone up.” 😂

20 seconds of Mother Nature putting on a show over Kentucky.

Sometimes you just have to be in the right place, at the right time… and apparently wide awake at 1 AM. 🤣

ATTENTION ALL MY HARDCORE, LOYAL NEW YORKERS… 🗽🌭😂

Before y’all start calling me a TRAITOR again… hear me out! 🤣

I grew up in New York. I KNOW a good New York hot dog. Street-cart dogs, dirty-water dogs, and of course the legendary Nathan’s Famous at Coney Island. 🌭🗽

I have NOTHING but respect for the hometown legend.

BUT… 😬

I said what I said.

🌭 Damon’s Dog House WINS. 🌭

Yep. There it is. I put it in writing. 😂😂😂

And before my sister calls me AGAIN questioning my loyalty to the State of New York… 😂❤️

Unless you have personally traveled to Brandenburg, Kentucky and eaten a Damon’s Dog… YOUR ARGUMENT IS INADMISSIBLE. 👨🏽‍⚖️🤣

You cannot judge this case from New York.

You must come to Kentucky, approach the evidence, consume Exhibit A 🌭… THEN we can have this discussion. 😂

Until then…

🗽 New York raised me.
💙 I still love my hometown.
🌭 Nathan’s will ALWAYS be legendary.

But Damon came down here to Kentucky and messed up the whole hot-dog ranking. 🤣🤣🤣

Sometimes you’ve just gotta stop and support a good local business. 🌭❤️

On my way back through town today, I spotted Damon’s Dog House set up at StoneGate Realty for their regular Wednesday stop — and considering I hadn’t eaten all day, the timing was PERFECT. 😂

If you haven’t tried Damon’s yet, you’re missing out. These aren’t your average hot dogs. Damon puts together some seriously good gourmet dogs, homemade toppings, specials, pretzels and more — and he even goes out of his way to offer options for folks with Alpha-Gal.

And yes… there’s even a “StoneGate” dog. 😎🌭

What I really enjoy, though, is supporting another local small-business owner who works hard at his craft. I’ve watched Damon continue to build his business, overcome some pretty serious setbacks, and keep pushing forward. That’s something I’ll always respect.

So while I waited on dinner for the family, I figured I’d pull out the camera and give him a little G2S love. 🎥

If you see that big red Damon’s Dog House trailer around Meade County, STOP.

Bring an appetite.

And don’t complain about the price until you’ve taken the first bite. 😂🌭🔥

You guys have been keeping G2S Media BUSY—and I couldn’t be more grateful! 🙏

My schedule between now and Labor Day is almost completely booked, with only very limited availability remaining.

G2S Media will then be unavailable for bookings Friday, September 4th through Wednesday, September 9th, while I travel out of state for the Labor Day weekend.

📅 Regular booking availability resumes Thursday, September 10th.
