We are currently repairing and upgrading it, with the aim of completing the process early next week. You may experience some issues with your key fob during this period. Good Afternoon,

We have a repair in process at the pool. In regards to our pool gate system.

During the recent service visit our technician found that the main access controller failed and will not respond to the troubleshooting. We have reached out to eMerge technical support and will need to send the device to the manufacturer to repair the board. The estimated time of repair is 7-10 business days. During this time, you will be unable to add new FOBs or update any schedules or access points.
