As a creator I'm passionate about intellectual copyright protection. As an Australian I'm supporting ARIA's effort to improve and strengthen Australia's copyright laws.

Worldwide millions of creative works of songwriters, recording artists, authors, journalists, photographers, producers, visual artists, composers, screenwriters, playwrights, and creative industry businesses have been included in giant datasets used to develop AI systems without permission or remuneration.

That's blatant theft.

ARIA is calling on the Australian Government to protect the rights of creators, who deserve the right to choose how their work is used, to give consent, and to be fairly paid.

For Recreational and Commercial (Part 107) drone pilots please be aware of the upcoming drone flight restrictions during the World Cup.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will be issuing Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) for each match.

These TFRs will create No Drone Zones around each of the match venues and fan festival sites.

Let's all do our part for the drone community by flying responsibly and check the FAA TFRs before your flights.

Today is Earth Day and I'm feeling Earth Joy.
Thanks to NASA and their online tool you can type in your name then view and export the graphic of your name spelled out in Earth features found in Landsat images. (link below)

NASA recently released a collection of stunning wallpaper backgrounds featuring photos from the Artemis II mission.

These images are truly impressive and serve as a powerful reminder of how fortunate we are to live on an oasis in the vastness of space.

Even more inspiring is the work of the Artemis crew and the entire NASA staff. Their professionalism and dedication reminds us that there are many incredible people doing amazing work in the world today.
