Since this photo has received so much local, statewide and national attention, I figured I should share it on my page. Congratulations to Sierra Sandison, the recently crowned Miss Idaho 2014. As you can see in the photo, she's rocking her insulin pump in the competition. She has already been a great inspiration to many as she doesn't try to hide her diabetes.
