The world can be heavy sometimes.
But when you find someone who makes you laugh in the middle of it all: someone you can be playful with, honest with, completely yourself with-that’s the kind of love that carries you through anything.
Spending time with Tal and Lauren felt like watching two people who just make life lighter for each other. You can see it in the way they look at each other, and I hope I was able to capture it in a way you can feel it through these stills.

Mother’s Day Minis are here 🌷

I’m opening a limited number of Mother’s Day Mini Sessions on a beautiful private farm in Greenwood, about 30 minutes north of Bloomington, next Sunday, May 3.

These sessions are all about celebrating the real moments that make motherhood what it is. The way your kids reach for you. The way your partner looks at you. The way your family feels when you are simply being together.

Each session includes
• 30 minutes of lifestyle family photos
• time for kids, partners, cuddles, chaos, and connection
• a relaxed environment, bring snacks and whatever makes your crew happy
• intentional direction so you feel natural and look incredible

& I am SO excited to announce:

I will have joining us on set for these minis. Tianna’s work centers around reminding moms that they do not lose themselves when they become mothers. They expand into something even stronger. She helps women feel confident, powerful, beautiful, and fully themselves in front of the camera. Her message is simple and important. Fulfilled moms raise thriving kids. Having her there to hype you up while we shoot is going to make this experience extra special.

These sessions are for:
mamas and babies
mamas and big kids
mamas and partners
or the whole family together

Quick update: my phone number of the past 10+ years was unexpectedly released while I was out of the country. I didn’t even know that was possible, and I’ve spent the last month trying daily (and escalating everywhere I could) to recover it, but as of yesterday, I officially had to switch to a new number.

That old number is no longer reachable.

I’m not posting my new number publicly, but if you need to contact me, please comment here, or email me and I’ll share it with you directly

Thanks for your patience while I sorted this out. I really appreciate it.

I will be sending out mass emails and texts to everyone I can so my clients who don’t see this post will hopefully also get the new info.

BNL PROM APRIL 25: I still have some slots available for this year in Bloomington! Please email me through [email protected] to book. Slots are $300/couple or $250/couple if you share a slot for up to 3 couples. If your group is bigger than this, you can book multiple slots and still all shoot together just let me know in the email. This year as prom will be in BTown, we will be keeping the historic vibe of French lick by shooting on campus (slides 2-5.) In case of rain I have a room booked on campus in the IMU (slide 6.)
