A little update from Tori Dewald Photography 🤍
Moving forward, I’ve made the decision that I will no longer be sharing identifiable photos of children from my sessions on my social media pages.
As a photographer, I absolutely love sharing the beautiful moments I get to capture for your families. But as social media continues to grow and change, I’ve become increasingly mindful of the fact that children can’t fully understand or consent to having their images shared publicly online.
This does not mean I’ll stop sharing my work! You may still see little hands, tiny details, photos taken from behind, silhouettes, or other images that don’t clearly show a child’s face. I’ll also continue sharing adults and other session images when I have permission to do so.
Your full galleries will, of course, still include all of the beautiful images we capture together. This change only applies to what I choose to publicly share on my business social media.
I know sharing my work is an important part of running a photography business, but protecting the privacy of the little people who step in front of my camera is more important to me. 🤍
Thank you to every family who trusts me to capture these pieces of your lives. It’s something I never take lightly.
