The first time bringing my film camera to a wedding, and I think I’m officially in love.

There’s something about film that feels perfectly at home amongst the intentional details of a wedding day. The nostalgia, the softness, the imperfection. Film has a way of making a moment feel like a memory before it’s even become one.

I’m so grateful I got to experience this day through a different lens, and I have a feeling film is here to stay.

Next year marks 10 years of AL Wedding Photographer | Abigail McCall, and that honestly feels unreal to say.

Photography has always been more than a business- it’s been my sacred ministry, my creative outlet, and a place of rest that the Lord has used in ways I never expected.

Over the last nine years, I’ve grown in my craft, in business, and in my heart for this little “side gig” turn passion. Family has become clients, and clients have become family. I’ve had the privilege of documenting so many beautiful stories, and I’m deeply grateful for every person who has trusted me with their memories.

The Lord has been so faithful through it all, and I can’t begin to imagine what He has in store for the next 10 years.
