Hey everyone! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

I have a little PSA for all of my indoor Fourth of July Mini families this weekend. Unfortunately, we’re going to have to push these sessions back by about a week. 😭

I ordered the backdrop for these minis over a month ago from and despite my best planning, it still hasn’t arrived. I am so incredibly sorry for the inconvenience and know many of you have been looking forward to your sessions.

I’ll be reaching out to each of you individually very soon to get everyone rescheduled for a new date that works!

Well… I survived my little trip to Bozeman. 😂📸

The mission was simple: drop off my camera body that’s decided to throw a fit and needs repairs. Somehow, though, I managed to come home with ANOTHER camera body. Listen… I don’t make the rules. A photographer without a backup for her backup’s backup is just living dangerously. 🤷‍♀️

While one camera is off at the spa getting fixed up, I figured I’d share this absolutely adorable session because it’s just too cute to keep hidden on my computer any longer! 🥹✨

And since I’m back and getting caught up, let’s fill that calendar! If you’ve been thinking about family photos, newborns, seniors, maternity, couples, or “we really need updated pictures” pictures… this is your sign! I’m also still running my June $50 off sale too!

✨ Editing Queue Update + Little Road Trip! ✨

Good morning, friends! Just a quick update for everyone waiting on galleries and messages. 🤎

Today, I’m making the trek to Bozeman because one of my camera babies has decided to be ✨dramatic✨ and needs a little TLC. Apparently professional camera bodies also enjoy expensive spa days. 🫠📷

I’ll be on the road for a good chunk of the day, so if I’m a little slower than usual responding to calls and messages, I’m probably driving or trying to convince my camera to stop being high maintenance. 😂 I’ll get back to everyone as soon as I safely can!

I was determined to finish this sweet girl’s gallery last night… but those heavy tired eyes had other plans. 😴 🤎😂

I couldn’t wait any longer to share a few more peeks of this precious baby girl! She was an absolute dream for her session and slept through almost the entire thing. Such a sweet, snuggly little lady! 🥹✨

Okay, okay… I know I’ve been slacking on getting these sneak peeks posted! Life has been a little wild lately, but I promise this gorgeous wedding was worth the wait. 🤎✨

Sunday at Montana Wildflower Weddings in Red Lodge was nothing short of magical. The weather was absolutely perfect, the bride and groom’s family were some of the sweetest people, and I even made a new little bestie with their youngest son! 🥹

And can we PLEASE talk about the bride’s dress?! It looked like it walked straight out of a fairy tale. Absolutely breathtaking! 😍

I’m so thankful I got to be a part of such a beautiful day and can’t wait to share more from this incredible wedding. Congratulations again to the happy couple! 💍

If you’re headed to an outdoor photo session, don’t forget the bug spray! 🦟🌿

Montana summers are absolutely beautiful, but the mosquitoes and other little critters can be out in full force especially around grassy areas and near water. A quick spray before your session can help keep everyone comfortable and focused on making memories instead of swatting bugs!

📸 Bonus tip: Pack a small bottle in your bag for touch-ups, especially for little ones who love to explore!

There is something so special about the bond between a mama and her girls. I had the absolute joy of spending the evening with this beautiful family at Pioneer Park, capturing all the giggles, snuggles, and the little moments that make this season of life so precious. These are the memories that deserve to be frozen in time because our babies don’t stay little for long.

🌿☀️ Summer Location Favorites! ☀️🌿

As much as I LOVE our Montana river spots, this time of year they’re packed with mosquitoes 🦟 and the tick population has been no joke. After hearing from so many families (and dealing with them myself 😅), I’m steering clear of most river locations for the summer.

My top two picks instead:
📍 Zimmerman Park
📍 Swords Park

Why I love them:
✨ Fewer mosquitoes and ticks.
✨ Gorgeous Montana scenery.
✨ Incredible golden-hour sunsets.
✨ Perfect for families, seniors, couples, maternity, and just about any session!

You still get all the beautiful summer colors and natural backdrops without worrying as much about bug bites or picking ticks off the kids afterward. 🙈

For the rest of the summer, these are two of my go-to locations, and I can’t wait to capture some magic there! 🌾📸

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend. I wanted to hop on and say THANK YOU for keeping me so busy! ❤️

I’ve got a jam-packed week ahead with editing, sessions, meetings, camera repair 🫠 and all the fun summer photography chaos. If you’ve sent a message and I haven’t gotten back to you yet, I promise I’m working my way through everything as quickly as I can!

I’m planning to spend every spare minute editing between sessions this week, and I’ll be sending out galleries as they’re finished. Thank you all for your patience and support it truly means the world to my little business and my family.
