This handsome guy is off to ….. yes, you guessed it University of Minnesota! It was supposed to rain but we managed to get a family/senior photo session in with lots of beautiful light right before he left for school.

I am one of 2 girls, I have 2 girls and my mom is one of 2 girls. Girls seem to run in our family. I always say the only thing better than having 2 girls is having 3! So you can imagine how much I enjoyed photographing these 3 sisters! It was especially meaningful because the eldest just left for Boston College and the second eldest is now a senior. Three gorgeous girls and each with their own unique look and personality.

Yep, photo sessions are fun! There is a reason I leave 2 hours for a photo session. Everyone starts off reserved but boy do they loosen up towards the end! It is universal. The proof is in the pictures. Take a look at the FIRST and LAST pictures from this large family session.
This was their first family get together since the pandemic and what a joy it was to be there to capture it!

I don't normally do bar and bat mitzvah photos but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to do b'nai mitzvah portraits for one of my favorite clients. Bar and bat mitzvahs weren't normal this year so why should their portraits be normal? Scroll through to see how we ended the session (I think all mitzvah photo sessions should end this way) and a photo from one of their earlier sessions. They might have grown up but they still pose the same!
