Hey there! If you're new here, I'm Brittany Vial, the heart and soul behind B. Vial Photography.🙂
What started with a phone, a curious eye, and a love for cool trees, nature, and my pets has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of.
As a teenager I began taking pictures in my hometown as a hobby—snapping shots of nature, animals, and anything that caught my eye. Over time, what felt like a hobby quickly became something more meaningful. I moved to Stevens Point, WI in 2020 and the year after (2021) is when I got my first camera (a trusty Canon Powershot). I started capturing moments for family and friends—still hobby, but I thought I would start building a portfolio. Looking back, I was actually building something even better: experience.✨️
As I grew, so did my passion—and my skills. I reached a point where my little camera couldn’t keep up with my vision. In 2023, I had the opportunity to borrow a family member's camera for a maternity session, and everything clicked—literally and creatively.📸 Those were the best photos I’d ever taken, and I knew it was time to level up.⬆️
Now based in Berlin, WI, I’ve turned this passion into what I'd like to consider a personally created and meaningful career. I love what I do. I take pride in meeting new people, hearing their stories, and creating real, lasting connections. For me, it’s about more than just taking a picture—it’s about capturing expression, emotion, and meaning. But there’s another reason I do this—a not-so-secret one. I'm also doing this for the families who can’t always afford professional photography. The ones who deserve beautiful memories captured just as much as anyone else, but can’t justify the cost of a “good” photographer today. That matters to me. You matter to me. 🫶
