A lot of times when I first meet someone, they’ll ask me what kind of photography I do. They usually ask if I do weddings. I go on to tell them I used to, but since becoming a mom, my perception has changed deeply.

I find such joy in capturing the every day moments. It sounds so cliché (sorry), but how adorable is it to see your kids playing with the faucet water, running around with your dog and discovering the world around them?!

No fancy outfits. No pressure to act a certain way.
Just being happy & being a kid.

After my dad died, I found myself with a deeper appreciation for the everyday moments. The ones of your toddler eating ice cream or helping mom with the dishes. Helping dad make his morning coffee or getting messy with paint.

In these photos, my daughter is eating some ice cream (like she loves to do) and looking at the birds outside. She wanted to feed the birds (like we usually do) and spilled some of the bird seed on the floor. So she got the vacuum and cleaned it up. She recently put on these cat tattoos on her arms and adores them. I never want to forget this season of life 🫶🏼

A few years ago I did a good amount of product photography and I absolutely loved it. I’m not sure what changed but I’m feeling the ping to explore it again in addition to photographing all my families 🫶🏼That’s the cool thing about being an artist - we’re always evolving, exploring and shifting, and it’s such a fun journey.

I’ve passed this thrift store quite a few times but had never gone in. The staff was so friendly and I was shocked to see a prayer request wall. What a beautiful addition 💗

Anything personalized is the way to my heart, especially when it comes to my kids. I received the most beautiful personalized necklace from with an “L” for my daughter’s name, Luna 🥹

I’m a huge fan of it being both tarnish and fade proof! I never remember to take off necklaces before I shower, so that’s a big deal for me.
