I need to say this to the moms who don’t recognize their bodies anymore:
Your body didn’t ruin anything.
It wrote something.
It stretched to make room for life.
It loosened where it needed to stay open.
It softened so your baby could lay her head on your chest
and feel safe.
The marks?
Those are love letters.
The tenderness?
That’s resilience.
The belly?
That’s memory.
Motherhood didn’t break your body.
It broke the idea that love has to look a certain way
to be beautiful.
That woman before the babies? She matters.
But so does the one staring back at you today.
The one who holds, soothes, protects, breathes, gives, and gives again.
She is not a “before.”
She is the story.
🖤 You deserve to exist in photos too.
Not as who you were, but as who you are. Right now.
