The Perfect Stranger #2 | Steven + Brianna

I’ll just start off, they did NOT disappoint. Somehow it felt like these two had known each other way longer than a few hours.

At one point I literally had to sit back, shut up and just watch them dance together. No direction. No prompts. Just them doing their thing while I stood there with my camera. Watching like a creep, I’ll put the video in the comments since Facebook apparently wants to ruin my fun and won’t let me post videos with the pictures. 🙄

I’m still not saying I’m Cupid… but my track record is starting to look a little suspicious. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This whole thing has been so damn fun to watch come together. Reading through applications, finding the little things that make me go “WAIT 👀,” putting two people together and then getting to watch that very first interaction through my camera.

I’ve still got a whole stack of applications to work through, so keep the inquiries coming! It’s a slow process because I’m actually taking my time with every single match, but I promise I’m making it worth it. 😉

I knew about 5 minutes into this session that these two were going to be fun.

They were down for anything I threw at them. Love on each other? Say less. Pick on each other? Even better. Run across a pasture like they just stole something? Absolutely. 🤣

I don’t think there was a point where one of them wasn’t laughing at the other, and those are always my favorite sessions. Give me the goofy, the sweet, the random little moments in between and everything else just falls into place.

These two made it entirely too easy to catch who they are together, I got to see the softer side and the goofy side. The way they look at each other, naturally reach for one another, and just fall into each other without thinking twice about it. You can feel how much love lives between these two, and getting to witness even a little piece of that from behind my camera was pretty special. 🫶🏼

I have a feeling this won’t be the last time these two end up in front of Lazy.

A little Lazy update 🫶🏼

I’ll be taking August 17th–September 17th off from regular sessions. Our wedding is coming up QUICK and I want to give myself the time to finish everything, enjoy it, and actually soak it all in without running myself into the ground.

The Perfect Stranger is the ONE exception. 👀 Applications WILL STAY OPEN, I’ll still be working on matches, and Stranger sessions will still be happening during that time!

Once I’m back, the majority of September is already booked, so I’ll only have a few select dates available before we roll into October.

✨ALSO✨ I have ONE last minute opening available this Friday before I take my break! 👀 If you want it, message me. First come, first served! *SPOT FILLED*

So before I disappear for a little while, I just want to say thank you. Truly. Every person who has booked with me, shared my work, recommended me, trusted me with your memories, or even just cheered me on from the sidelines, you’ve helped turn this little thing I started into something I’m incredibly proud of. I don’t take any of it for granted.

Getting to step away for a few weeks to be present with my family and enjoy such a huge moment in our lives is something I’m really grateful for. Lazy will still be here when I get back, and I have so much I’m excited to come back to.

Thank y’all for keeping me busy, trusting me, and allowing me to keep doing something I genuinely absolutely love.

A little BTS of The Perfect Stranger 👀

Just me, a s**t load of applications & Pennywise supervising while I figure out who belongs with who. 😂

I stayed up until 3 am going through applications, comparing answers, lifestyles, dealbreakers and all the little things that make me go “wait a minute, these two need to be paired.” 😂

Well... y'all made this way harder than I thought.

I spent more time on this than I'd like to admit. I read comments, looked through photos, and had a hard time narrowing it down because there were so many deserving couples.

Some sessions are just pictures.

Some sessions are a reminder of why we take them in the first place.

Four generations, a whole lot of chaos, a few little ones who had their own plans, and one person who couldn't be there in the way everyone wished he could've been.

Time keeps moving whether we're ready for it to or not. Kids grow, families change, chairs sit empty, and somehow the photos become worth more every year that passes.

These are the ones that matter.

Long Haul sessions are funny because somewhere between the laughs, the sarcasm, and giving each other s**t for two hours straight, you get a pretty good idea of what forever is gonna look like.
