Time lapse of the interesting tornadic supercell located just a few miles beyond the border in Mexico on Tuesday near Del Rio TX. Radar velocities definitely indicated a rain-wrapped tornado at this time. It is my strong belief that it was not visible to anybody (unless they were in it) and that the videos going around of a big highly-visible dusty tornado were mislabeled as the tornado on this storm. I have seen the debates from other chasers about whether or not they saw or could have seen a tornado here at this time. What do you think? Tell me if I am wrong, but I am just not seeing how.

This was one absolutely crappy year to try chasing as much as possible being based out of Dallas. I’ve seen six birdfarty tornadoes across three days, and had to drive 6-8 hours away to get them every time.

A few tornadoes were in a short radius of home ONLY when I was out of commission for Maggie’s birthday celebration or stuck in Texarkana with a dead car.

Gas prices suck. Season’s pretty much over.

On the bright side, I am excited for the growth on my YouTube channel. I just can’t afford to keep pushing states away for the “what ifs” at this point.

Thirteen years ago in Kansas 🌪️

I blew a tire in Blackwell OK, jumped in the car with James Langford and Zachary Biggs, and saw a large stationary tornado in Bennington KS. No side mirrors were punched in the making of these photos.
