It’s so exciting when your work starts to really be noticed and appreciated by people outside of your family and friends, or the corporate space that you used to work in. I’ve been a photographer for many years now and the past few weeks things have really started to pick up. Thank you so much to Eat Stay Play Beaufort for posting our work now and in the future, your support is so very appreciated!

Happy Friday, Y'all❤️ Who's ready to have a great day?

Our blog has officially been launched with an article on how to shoot film and why you should be doing it and if you haven’t been paying much attention to us lately you’re going to want to change that REAL quick! We have some absolute fire coming out like you wouldn’t believe including posts on how to shoot astrophotography and how you can do it with almost any camera, how to use manual mode on your camera and unlock the full potential available to you, how we have landed clients as big as adobe themselves, how to get into the conference management world from the very bottom of the totem pole, and so much more. See the thing though is, we want to know what you’re looking for, what do you want to learn? What do you need help with? We want to provide not only visually appealing content but helpful content as well, we want your new standard to be a mint standard!

I don’t know about y’all but I LOVE neon, I mean seriously how do you find lighting this beautiful without a neon sign? Let me know how you feel about neon in the comments below and which photo you like better 1, 2, or 3. I would love to start hearing feedback from y’all on the work I do and what y’all would like to see. With that said, check out my first blog post over on my website on film photography and why you should start shooting film!

What is the significance of a globe to you? For us a globe represents so much more than just the world, more than just the physical representation of our little rock in space we call home. To us a globe represents more even than just the map it is, more than just the travel it signifies to many. To us a globe represents endless opportunities, it represents a bigger picture, a “global” scale so to speak. When it truly comes down to it the impact that we have on this world is all we have, that impact is our legacy. When we die we are no more physically, we can’t do anything more here because instead it is our time to leave this earth for the next great adventure..but while we’re living why not have an impact? Why not DO something? Why not? Today I’d like you to think about a globe, to think about your legacy on this earth..what do you want people to remember you for? What do you want your impact to be? Be the change that you want to see in this world, don’t expect others to be that change for you. Stand up for inequality, but do so in a way that’s impactful and meaningful, do so in a way that makes a difference in a good way and in a good light. Stand up, rise up even, and make a difference. We live in a time where all lives matter yes, but that’s not the point because we also live in a time where so many people say a statement like that wrongly...because right now we need to focus on those who have been treated unjustly and unequally. Black lives matter.

Our first blog post will be up today, we had some technical difficulties yesterday and were not able to get it up but it will go live tonight at 10pm EST. Please share, and please stand.

The Last Bookstore in downtown LA is an absolutely incredible place whether you’re a traveler and explorer, book lover, or just one who loves to see cool and interesting/different things. Take this circle made of books for example, it’s become an icon for the store where people take their photo and post everywhere online..I didn’t really want to take a photo of myself in this but I definitely did want to take a photo OF it! If you’re ever in LA I would highly highly recommend checking out because you most definitely will not regret it! I’m excited to go back again in a few years and bring my soon to be wife with me, oh yeah by the way that’s the next update! I’m engaged! I met my beautiful fiancé on Tinder while still in San Diego last year and we appropriately got engaged on St Patrick’s Day since were both Irish and will be honey mooning in Europe next September aft our wedding! Where is your dream honeymoon location? Let us know!

Downtown La Mesa was a victim of riots following peaceful protests a few weeks ago, however after those protests and riots the city came together and worked together with people from all around to clean up and make a difference. Thank you to everyone that came to help my hometown. Thank you.

So there’s a pretty fun story to this photo really. I went into the photo vault and was taking photos of the beautiful old books with the lamp light radiating and reflecting throughout the room off their covers and pages. Right after I took this picture and was about to put my camera down two women early to mid 20’s walked into the shot. Right as they walked into the shot was when I was putting the camera down and as I did one of them immediately said very rudely and diva like “Uhm, excuse me but I’d rather you not take photos of me!”. I laughed at her statement and responded by saying “Excuse me but I’m taking photos of books and a lamp, not you. You’re the one that walked into my shot, and you want to act like I’m the rude one?”. She didn’t like that response very much and proceeded to talk about how it’s a perfectly reasonable thing not to want to be photographed and that I shouldn’t be so rude, that I should just respect it and apologize. I laughed again as I walked out when she yelled at me “Hey, I heard that!” to which I responded “Good, you were supposed to!”

This Thanksgiving I am so thankful for my friends and family that I have around me. Saturday I got back from nearly a 100 hour work week at presented by representing and managing some of our wonderful team. A huge thank you as well to for bringing us into the Dreamforce family this year! I am so incredibly glad that I managed to find my way into the gig economy and contracting field earlier this year. The absolutely amazing people that I get to work with and have come to know as good friends is just incredible and truly is a blessing. It may be hard work but I am so unbelievably happy doing it and truly couldn’t see myself doing anything else for at least the next 5-10 years while I’m still in school. Not everyone are in these pictures and not everyone in these pictures are even tagged but I’m lucky to know each and every one of them. The past two months I’ve been on the road and only at home maybe three weeks total but I have loved every second of it. See y’all next year, because we’re gonna crush it! Jobble jobble! @ San Francisco, California, U.S.A

Oh hey guys, miss me? To be honest I’m pretty sure I’ve been home a max of 2-3 weeks total in the past two months. Between a trip to SF for work, Canada and Mexico for a cruise, LA for work, and then back to SF again for work I’ve been going going going pretty much nonstop. I’m taking off through the holidays to spend some time relaxing and spending time with family and friends but I’m definitely going to miss working although more specifically my work family while off. ANYWAY, this photo is one I took while at a few weeks ago which was super cool to see, I’ve got a bunch of photos from there and my other trips so you can expect to see a LOT coming soon. There isn’t really a story to this photo sadly..although interestingly enough that book in the top left did randomly fall off the shelf as I took this photo so that was weird..nonetheless I hope you enjoy everything to come and thank you to everyone that always sticks around!
