When it comes to choosing a location for your session, there are a few things to consider.
ππ» Is there a spot that's special to you? If so, I'd love to go back with you and capture some special moments in the place that you love.
ππ» How busy is it? We can always work around people, but if you're trying to eliminate distractions for littles or not a fan of people watching, you may want to consider a quieter place for photos.
ππ» The time of day/sun. This is HUGE. Not only can summers in New England get pretty hot, but the direct sun can be a tough factor. I love beach sessions, but usually suggest them early in the morning or later in the day. If you're looking for some shade to get out of the heat, woodsy places are usually your best bet.
ππ» If you've got older parents, younger kids, or those with disabilities, its important to always consider the accessibility of an area.
ππ» Some places require permitting for photography. Though it's something that can usually be obtained pretty easily, it can get costly!
Many of my clients prefer when I send over location suggestions for them. And boy have I got some awesome spots up my sleeve! If you're looking to book a session but are unsure where to go, I'd love to help you decide!
