Here are my very best photos from last nights insanely rare Aurora Borealis which stretched from Maine to Florida and danced in front of my naked eye for hours. I had no idea where I was going as the Bangor area was cloudy so I just kept driving, checking spots out, and following a super helpful Facebook group which led me to my destination in western Maine. I also had to face my fears of being alone in the dark to get the shots by the lake in the remote woods of Maine but there was no way I couldn’t capture the beauty of the lights.

As someone who’s name is Storm, it’s been pne of my ultimate photographer goals to get great photos of a storm but with most of them hitting on days I must go to work or happening at night when it’s much more difficult to capture effectively.

However, this was the “perfect storm” of events for me to actually get down to the coast and do some stormchasing! I have photos and videos all the way up the left side of Penobscot Bay from Port Clyde to Bucksport.

I also captured quite a lot of great footage of the storm which I’ll be uploading to YouTube soon but for now, these here are my favorites from the bunch, enjoy!

Hey everyone, I know I’ve been severely inactive on here and I regret not posting more but I’ve been so extremely busy this past year that I’ve had little time to edit my photos. I’ve taken thousands upon thousands this year and I’ve got them all stored on my computer waiting to be edited. Since I’m on winter break from school, it’s allowed me time to sort through my many photos to choose the best ones to showcase. You will all soon see everything I’ve been working on last year as well as new projects all throughout this year. I will be making time this year to share at least one set of photos at least once a week! Oh, and I got a brand new camera in November that far exceeds the quality of my old one. I have a lot in store for all of you so stay tuned and enjoy these photos of Mount Katahdin and the rolling hills of the Fish River Valley in Northern Maine.

I’m back after a year of college taking classes almost exclusively on video and photography! 📸
I’ve spent the first half of my summer just getting outside to shoot as many photos as possible. I’ve built up quite the collection so far and I’m ready to start sharing them all with the world! 🌎
